Shangri-La Circle tiers
| Tier | Qualification |
|---|---|
| Jade | 20 nights or 6,000 tier points |
| Diamond | 50 nights or 15,000 tier points |
- Jade
- 20 Qualifying Nights OR 6,000 Tier Points in a calendar year, to upgrade or renew; nights and Tier Points cannot be combined and only one tier can be gained at a time. Tier Points: 1 per USD 1 of qualifying spend (bonus points excluded). Gold is the entry tier. An upgraded tier is valid to 31 December of the next year. Jade and Diamond members carry surplus nights (not Tier Points) into the next year only.
- Diamond
- 50 Qualifying Nights OR 15,000 Tier Points in a calendar year, to upgrade or renew; not combinable. Valid to 31 December of the next year; surplus nights roll over one year. Polaris, above Diamond, is by invitation only with no published criteria, so it is not modelled.

Frequently asked questions
- Do rolled-over nights count?
- Yes. Jade and Diamond members carry surplus nights into the next year, and they count towards that year's total. Tier Points do not roll over.
- Can I reach Polaris?
- Polaris is by invitation only. Shangri-La publishes no nights or Tier Points figure for it, so the calculator stops at Diamond.
