How do you close the gap to your next tier?

The other tools answer where to credit a flight and what it earns. This one starts from the programme you already hold, the balance you have and the airports you can fly from, and ranks the round trips that earn status credits fastest per mile flown. Prices are never guessed: enter the fare you are looking at and the tool works out the cost per credit.

Required. A tier is not implied by a balance — a Gold on 2,000 points in January still holds Gold — and for programmes whose counter resets on each level-up the arithmetic depends on it.

    Frequently asked questions

    Why is the ranking per 1,000 miles rather than per pound?

    Because the site holds no fares. Credits per mile flown is distance-neutral and can be computed honestly for every pair from published rules. Cost per credit appears only once you enter the fare you are looking at.

    Why does the tool ask which tier I hold?

    A balance does not imply a tier: a member with a low balance in January still holds the tier they earned last year. Some programmes also reset the counter each time you level up, so the shortfall depends on where the current window started.

    Why are some rows marked as not confirmed?

    Every route comes from the carrier's own route map or destinations page. Where that page named the operating carrier and a non-stop in words, the row is confirmed. Where it only listed the destination, the row is shown as unconfirmed rather than hidden or upgraded.

    What about positioning flights?

    If you are willing to position to a hub, rows from that hub are included and marked. The positioning sector itself is not scored or priced in this version; add it on the calculator if you want it counted.

    Which airports are covered?

    Departures from 21 UK and Ireland airports, plus each carrier's hubs when positioning is allowed. Other airports still compute, but the tool cannot say which carriers serve them.

    Earning figures and thresholds are indicative and computed from published programme rules. Verify the booking class, the operating carrier and the current threshold with the programme before booking. Nothing here is financial advice.
