One Harmony
One Harmony is the loyalty programme of the Okura, Nikko and JAL City hotels, run by Okura Nikko Hotel Management. Member is the free entry level. Loyal, Exclusive and Exclusive Plus are each earned in a calendar year by either nights or Status Points, whichever you reach first.
Status earned in an evaluation year is valid until the end of March of the year after next (criteria met in 2026: to 31 March 2028), per the Japanese terms; the English terms say the following year and Status Lark follows the Japanese terms. Miss the criteria and you drop one tier on 1 April. Excess Status Points roll over once, nights do not. Status Lark shows the published thresholds and how far you are from each tier on nights and Status Points.

Frequently asked questions
- Do nights and Status Points roll over?
- Excess Status Points roll over to the next year, capped at the points earned in the year, and rolled-over points cannot roll again. Nights do not roll over. As a one-off for the rollover from 2026 into 2027, the programme says all Status Points held on 31 December 2026, including points rolled over from 2025, are eligible.
- How long does One Harmony status last?
- The status year runs 1 April to 31 March, and status earned in an evaluation year is valid until the end of March of the year after next (criteria met in 2026: to 31 March 2028), per the Japanese terms. The English terms say the end of March of the following year; we follow the Japanese terms. If you do not meet the criteria in the 1 January to 31 December evaluation period, you drop one tier on 1 April.
- Where do the thresholds sit on the One Harmony ladder?
- We place the figures at Loyal, Exclusive and Exclusive Plus, as the Japanese terms table and the English rollover example do.
