Taj InnerCircle
Taj InnerCircle is the loyalty programme of the Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), part of NeuPass. Members start at the Member tier, then reach Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum on eligible room nights or eligible spend in Indian rupees, whichever you reach first.
Taj describes the qualifying basis as a year of 365 days and says an attained tier stays valid for 365 days from the date you attain it. Its FAQ adds that if you do not meet the criteria to retain your tier during those 365 days, you move down to the lower tier you are eligible for when they end. It does not publish how the 365 days are counted, the figures to retain a tier, or whether anything rolls over, so Status Lark does not guess. We show the published thresholds and how far you are from each tier.

Frequently asked questions
- How is the 365-day qualifying year counted?
- Taj does not say. Its benefits page labels the basis 'a year - 365 days' and its terms say a tier remains valid for 365 days from attainment, but neither says whether the window rolls, follows the calendar or starts at enrolment. Status Lark stores it as a rolling 12 months, the closest stored value, and flags that this is not published.
- What happens when my tier's 365 days end?
- Taj's FAQ says that if you have not met the criteria to retain your tier during its 365 days, you move down to the lower tier you are eligible for when they end; a higher tier reached in that time replaces it. Taj does not publish the figures to retain a tier, or any rollover. Check your NeuPass account and the Taj InnerCircle terms before relying on keeping a tier.
- Is spend counted in rupees?
- Yes. Taj publishes its spend thresholds in Indian rupees, partly in lakhs (one lakh is one hundred thousand rupees); the table shows each in full. Taj does not say whether qualifying spend is net of taxes.
