Wyndham Rewards
Wyndham Rewards status is earned on Qualifying Nights: there is no stays, points or spend route to a higher level, apart from levels gifted by co-brand cards and timeshare ownership. Every member starts at Blue, and Gold, Platinum and Diamond each need a set number of nights, shown in the table below.
Two things set Wyndham apart. A level, once earned, is kept until 1 January of the year after next (or until you reach the next one), and nights beyond what a level needs roll over to the next year and never expire. Status Lark shows the published ladder and how far you are from each level; it does not calculate Wyndham Rewards points.
Elite tiers
| Tier | Qualification |
|---|---|
| Gold | 5 nights |
| Platinum | 15 nights |
| Diamond | 40 nights |
- Gold
- 5 Qualifying Nights. Blue is the entry level on enrolment. Gifted Levels (co-brand cards, timeshare ownership; terms s.IV(B)(2)) confer Gold, Platinum or Diamond outside the night count and are not modelled. A level is kept until the earlier of reaching the next level or 1 January of Year 3 (Year 1 = the calendar year it was obtained); completing the same nights in Year 2 restarts the term. Excess nights roll over and do not expire. A Qualifying Night is a paid stayed night in a stay averaging USD 25 a night or more, a Points + Cash night or a stayed Free Night.
- Platinum
- 15 Qualifying Nights. Kept until the earlier of reaching the next level or 1 January of Year 3; nights roll over.
- Diamond
- 40 Qualifying Nights. Kept until the earlier of 1 January of Year 3 or a restart by requalifying in Year 2; nights roll over. The member-levels page also shows a TITANIUM column with no threshold; the terms name four levels (Blue, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and publish no Titanium criteria, so it is not modelled.

Earning

Shortcuts
No card, subscription or membership shortcuts are modelled for Wyndham Rewards yet.
Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a Qualifying Night?
- A paid night you stay in a qualifying stay that averages at least USD 25 a night, a night booked with points plus cash, or a free night booked with points. No-shows do not count, and booking several rooms earns the night only for the room you stay in.
- How long does Wyndham Rewards status last?
- Until 1 January of the year after the one following the year you earned it, unless you reach a higher level first. Completing the same nights again in the following year restarts that term.
- Do unused nights carry over?
- Yes. Qualifying Nights beyond what your level needs roll over to the next calendar year and, according to Wyndham, never expire.
- Is there a Titanium level?
- Wyndham's member-levels page shows a Titanium column, but the programme terms name four levels (Blue, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) and publish no Titanium criteria, so it is not in our table.
