Enter the Tier Credits you have earned in the current 12-month qualification period to see the distance to each AerClub tier.

The figures come from Aer Lingus' published ladder. This calculator does not work out what a flight earns; it measures the gap from where you are.

Keeping a tier is a different bar from reaching it. The last column is what Aer Lingus AerClub publishes for a member who already holds the tier, over a qualification window of the same length as the reaching figure’s (the window above says how it is anchored). “Same as to reach” means Aer Lingus AerClub says the same figure that reaches the tier keeps it. A dash means no retention figure comparable with the reaching one is shown for that rung, not that renewal is automatic; where the programme publishes one over a different window, its note gives it.

The page's flight-count examples assume flights marketed and operated by Aer Lingus; the stored pages do not say whether partner flights earn Tier Credits. The flight-count tables on the page are examples by fare type, not alternative routes to a tier: the Tier Credits are what count. AerClub publishes no separate figure for keeping a tier; it describes one set of figures for advancing and maintaining tiers, and this calculator treats them as the same. Aer Lingus does not publish how long a tier lasts after the qualification period, or any rollover or soft landing, so none is shown.

Frequently asked questions

Which Tier Credits should I enter?
Those earned in the current qualification period, which renews on 1 April. The page's flight-count examples assume flights marketed and operated by Aer Lingus; your AerClub account shows the balance that counts.
Does it use the flights-needed tables on the AerClub page?
No. Those tables show how many flights of a fare type reach each tier, as examples. This calculator works from the Tier Credits themselves, which are what AerClub counts.
