- 2 stays OR 5 nights OR 10,000 MeliáRewards Points, any one of them. Silver is the one above White, the entry level (no threshold). Thirteen months from the date the level was obtained, not a calendar year (T&Cs 10.2); an upgrade takes effect when the conditions are met and restarts the 13 months. Miss the same conditions at the end and you drop one level. The period is stored as membership_year, the closest allowed value. Retain with the same conditions.
- Gold
- 15 stays OR 30 nights OR 60,000 MeliáRewards Points, any one of them. Thirteen months from the date the level was obtained, not a calendar year (T&Cs 10.2); an upgrade takes effect when the conditions are met and restarts the 13 months. Miss the same conditions at the end and you drop one level. The period is stored as membership_year, the closest allowed value. Retain with the same conditions.
- Platinum
- 30 stays OR 50 nights OR 150,000 MeliáRewards Points, any one of them. Frequently asked questions
- Which points count towards a level?
- Points generated through stays or hotel products and services that earn points. Purchased and promotional points, points awarded at Meliá's discretion, gift cards, celebrations and transfers do not count.
- Is the thirteen-month period checked?
- No. It runs from the date you obtained your current level, and Meliá does not publish whether counts before your first level are limited to a window. Check the period against your account.
