Radisson Rewards tiers
| Tier | Qualification |
|---|---|
| Premium | 5 nights or 3 stays |
| VIP | 30 nights or 20 stays |
- Premium
- 5 Eligible Nights OR 3 Eligible Stays in a 12-month Qualification Period, and the same in each subsequent 12 months to renew. Club is the entry level. The Qualification Period runs 12 months and is renewed from the latest Eligible Night; an upgrade deducts the nights or stays used and starts a new 12-month period from check-out. A miss drops one tier at the end of the period and resets the counters.
- VIP
- 30 Eligible Nights OR 20 Eligible Stays in a 12-month Qualification Period, the same to renew; a miss drops one tier at the end of the period. The FAQ contradicts itself on whether third-party (OTA) nights count; the terms exclude OTA rates from Eligible Rates.

Frequently asked questions
- Which period should my figures cover?
- Your current Qualification Period: 12 months, renewed from your latest Eligible Night or restarted by your last upgrade. Your Radisson Rewards account shows the counters.
- What is a stay compared with a night?
- A stay is one visit to a hotel, however many nights it lasts. Short, frequent visits favour the stays route; longer visits favour nights.
