TierTier Miles required
Classic20,000
Gold40,000
Platinum60,000

Grade-A verified against flysmiles.com (Aug 2026). Classic (Oneworld Ruby) 20,000 Tier Miles or 20 sectors; Gold (Sapphire) 40,000 or 40 sectors with at least half on SriLankan Airlines; Platinum (Emerald) 60,000 or 60 sectors, half on SriLankan. Every tier renews at a LOWER threshold (Classic 15,000 / Gold 35,000 / Platinum 55,000, with matching sector routes). Silver sits outside the flown ladder — it is granted exclusively to SriLankan co-branded credit card holders. The currency question is CLOSED at Primary grade (9 Aug 2026, gap UL-G2): the public flysmiles.com mileage calculator outputs Tier Miles as its own column, and Tier Miles equal the Miles accrual CELL FOR CELL at the published percentages — there is no separate tier-mile table, and the Platinum 25% / Gold 15% tier bonus raises reward miles only, never Tier Miles. Own-metal chart fully verified (J 225% / C 200% / D 175% / I 150%; Economy Flex Y/B/P/H 150%, Semi Flex K/W/M/E 125%, Value L/R/V/S 100%, Saver N/Q/O 60%, plus calculator-revealed G 50%). Partner coverage is now COMPLETE — all 12 calculator-supported partners enumerated at Primary from the calculator's own endpoint (mini-sweep, 9 Aug 2026): QR plus AA/AS/AT/AY/BA/CX/IB/JL/MH/QF/RJ, every published letter, with Tier Miles equal to Miles accrual on every partner (the tier bonus stayed reward-only at every tier tested). The earlier AA-facing business rates (J 225%/C 200%/D 175%, currency-unqualified) are superseded by the calculator's J/D 150% with no C row. Traps confirmed at source: RJ's 100% band is Z/I with Y at 80%, and IB files F at 50% and A at 25%. Own-metal minimums: Platinum needs 30,000 miles/30 sectors on UL, Gold 20,000/20, Classic at least 1 UL sector.
