Elite tiers

Morning Calm Premium confers SkyTeam Elite Plus — the lowest tier in this programme with alliance-wide lounge access. Alliance mapping last verified 7 August 2026. Conditions beyond the threshold: Morning Calm Premium is a lifetime tier: 500,000 miles accumulated on Korean Air and SkyTeam flights over any period, valid for life; Mileage from non-SkyTeam partners, credit cards and promotions is excluded; From 28 October 2026 Korean Air adds Morning Calm Select (150,000 miles from a standing start, a step on Morning Calm), and the score moves to it on that date. Keeping a tier is a different bar from reaching it. The last column is what SKYPASS publishes for a member who already holds the tier, over the same qualification window as the reaching figure. A dash means no retention figure comparable with the reaching one is shown for that rung, not that renewal is automatic; where the programme publishes one over a different window, its note gives it.

Morning Calm Club qualifies over a two-year cycle: 50,000 miles, at least 30,000 of them on Korean Air flight-number flights with partners making up the rest, or 80 Korean Air boarding points. Maintenance is lower: 30,000 miles (at least 20,000 on Korean Air) over the two-year membership period, or 40 boarding points. Boarding points are one per domestic Korean flight and two per international flight, on Korean Air only. The lifetime tiers (Morning Calm Premium 500,000 miles, Million Miler 1,000,000) count Korean Air plus SkyTeam member airline miles; non-SkyTeam partners, cards and promotions do not count. Whether tier-bonus mileage counts is not published. A new tier, Morning Calm Select, joins the ladder on 28 October 2026, the date in Korean Air's membership guide: 100,000 miles flown on Korean Air and SkyTeam, or 140 boarding points, earned after reaching Morning Calm (so 150,000 from a standing start).

From a standing start: Morning Calm Club 50,000 SKYPASS miles, Morning Calm Premium 500,000 SKYPASS miles, Million Miler 1,000,000 SKYPASS miles. The number alone is not always enough. Morning Calm Club: At least 30,000 of the 50,000 miles must come from Korean Air flight-number flights; partner miles can make up the rest (80 Korean Air boarding points is the alternative).
